We are in-network and accept almost all the following major PPO dental insurance plans for your convenience and are happy to submit your claims: Delta Dental, Cigna, Metlife, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Principal, Aetna, Ameritas, United Concordia, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and more. Please call us for details or specifics.

We are out-of-network providers with Anthem Blue Cross Complete, Cigna DPPO Advantage, Humana Dental EPO, and United Concordia Tricare, which means you will have a small copay associated with your appointments. Please call us in advance so we can best estimate your copay prior to your child’s appointment.

If you do not have insurance or have an HMO plan, we have discounted rates for dental checkups and new patient specials for children under 24 months. Please contact our office for details.

We are also pleased to accept Cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and CareCredit. For major treatments, we can help you apply for CareCredit. See the Care Credit section below.

If you have questions about your insurance benefits or the cost of your treatment, our team is always happy to assist you.

We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy, as we do not overbook our schedule like many other practices. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $25 fee per child.

We deliver the best care and do our best to estimate fees ahead of time to our valued patients. All payments and copays are due at the time service.

No, we are not participating Providers with Denti-cal. However many patients still choose to see us for our expertise and exceptional care, due to our discounted new patient exam fees for those without PPO insurance. Please call our office for details.
